 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Yesterday, I phoned Night Vision Australia for advice on a hand held thermal. They asked what it was for and what my budget was. They gave me "the simple answer" and when I asked more technical questions about their recommendation, they had very good reasons for making that recommendation. This morning I purchased a Hikmicro LE10s. This afternoon I have a tracking number and the item is being dispatched. Awesome service.

We recently purchased a Thermal product and had a complaint about something that wasn't included in the box (manufacturer issue, not a Night Vision issue). I emailed through and got a call back within 30 minutes from Lukas who explained and immediately rectified the issue. Due to a issue they couldn’t supply the Hikmicro thermal scope which I’d ordered for my sons birthday. However they then supplied the next model up at no charge to me and threw in some extras for my boy as well.
